Masterclass English is a language academy in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. They offer English courses to students from multiple countries and professions that need to improve their English. They offer five separate course periods throughout the year in which students can register for a ten-week course.
MasterClass’ objective was to generate registrations for ten-week English courses. They needed help turning website visitors into new customers. The objective was to generate new course registrations via online contact forms and phone calls.
The solution was to use Facebook to reconnect with potential customers. Using Facebook, interested prospects were reminded of the benefits of Masterclass’ English courses, as well as the unique selling points they had to offer.
